Rent as ONE or TWO Bedroom:
One Bedroom Rates (Accommodates 2 Guests):
(7 nights or more 2nd bedroom unused)
- October through April: $185/night
- May through September: $160/night
- Christmas, Thanksgiving, Ironman & stays of 6
nights or less: $205/night
Two Bedroom Rates (Accommodates 3-4 Guests):
- Add $10/night for each additional guest over
two
Additional fees:
- Excise & Accommodations Tax 11.25%
- One-time cleaning fee of $95.00
- Check in 3 pm - Check out at 11 am
- Large private lanai with 180 degree view and
comfortable Tropicana furniture

Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
Reservation: Will be held with a deposit of $500.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payments made less than 60 days
prior must be in the form of a cashier’s check.
Cancellation: Guest will be refunded for nights that
are rebooked less a cancellation fee of $200. Any excessive cleaning,
damage or missing keys will be charged after departure. |
