| Just wanted to give
you some feedback on our trip. First of all
the condo and the location was beyond my
expectations. It was everything I had hoped
for and more. I was also extremely impressed
with the cleanliness of the complex. It was
absolutely spotless at all times - daily
power washing and cleaning of all areas was
very impressive. The proximity to the ocean
was awesome - can't get much closer. The
condo was also very well equipped with
everything that one could possibly want.
However, there was no need for TV as
observing the ocean activities provided all
the entertainment we needed. Thank you for a
great few days and hope to stay there again
in the future.

We are back almost
two weeks from the Big Island. Sandy and I
enjoyed it immensely. We put almost 700
miles on the rental car running around the
island. We saw humpbacks breaching off of
the lanai and sounding from the picnic area
of the Place of Refuge. We also saw pilot
whales from the ocean end of the botanical
gardens north of Hilo. On the Kohala Coast
we enjoyed petroglyphs and the structure at
Whale Hill. All great fun. Your condo was
perfect for us. We fixed many of our meals
in, as restaurant meals are not always the
highlight of a trip for us. The lanai got a
lot of use.
We will certainly keep
your information on file for future trips.

Dear Liane, Just
wanted to tell you that our stay at your
condo was wonderful. Sleeping to the sound
of the surf, watching the sun set each
evening, and just enjoying the relaxing
ambience of Kona was delightful. We
thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunny Kona
Condos. We hope to spend time in your condos
again and will recommend them to our friends

We had a great time at
the condo. Anything we needed was there,
like the ice chest and mats for the sand. We
spent hours out on the lanai watching the
ocean, the surfers and the turtles. Being so
close to the ocean was a real treat. I got
the best sleep I've had in years, falling
asleep each night to the sound of the ocean.
Since this was my first time to stay in a
condo vs. a hotel, I really appreciated the
conveniences of having a kitchen, a washer
and dryer and parking so close to the unit.
The condo was so comfy and relaxing, that we
literally spent hours just hanging out on
the lanai. Every day began and ended there.
We did however, manage to tear ourselves
away and do some more active things. We went
snorkeling almost every day at Kahalu'u Bay,
Anaeho'omalu Bay, and Kealakekua Bay. There
were tons of fish and turtles every time we
went. One day we went to Hilo to eat at a
favorite Chinese restaurant and also visited
the Volcano Winery and Matsuka's Orchid
Garden. Another day we drove up North to
Parker Ranch and beach hopped along the way.
We visited several beaches, including Hapuna
Beach and Punalu'u Black Sand Beach. We went
to the Sheraton Keauhou to see the manta
rays at night. We went to our favorite luau
at the Royal Kona Resort and shopped at the
Ali'i Gardens Marketplace for flowers to
take home. Big Island is always the best
retreat and I look forward to returning for
the fourth time next year.
